Return Policies

An RA (Return Authorization) number must be obtained before any merchandise will be accepted.

This can be done by email, fax or phone.

All merchandise must be returned complete and in original condition, including original packaging and include a copy of sales slip/invoice with a brief description of reason for return.

Defective merchandise will be replaced subject to manufacturers warranty. Defective clothing and footwear must be returned directly to the manufacturer.

Merchandise damaged in shipping must be reported immediately to the shipper and a claim filed. Failure to do so may result in loss of your right to a claim.

No merchandise will be accepted without an RA number.

A 15% restocking fee applies to all returns.

Personalized items such as badges cannot be returned.
