Once you have completed your purchase, you must wait 24 hours before redeeming your Groupon voucher. You do NOT need to wait 24 hours to redeem your Groupon voucher if your Groupon voucher is “Ready to Redeem“ on the Groupon website or mobile app. To see if your Groupon voucher is “Ready to Redeem” on the Groupon website or mobile app, go to “My Groupons” and select “View Voucher”.

You may stop by MSAR anytime during normal business hours to redeem your Groupon voucher. Range use is on a first come, first serve basis only. We do not take reservations.

When you arrive at MSAR, you’ll first need to check-in at our front range counter. During check-in, you must present your Groupon voucher to the associate at the counter. You can pull your Groupon voucher up on the Groupon website or mobile app. You may also print it out prior to your arrival.

There will be NO substitutions on T&E firearms or any other items included in your purchased Firing-Range Package. In order to use a different T&E firearm, you must pay an additional T&E fee ($12-$15/Handgun, $20-$25/Long Gun). Changing calibers of T&E firearms will also require the additional purchase of ammunition. Ammunition prices vary depending on the brand and caliber. Please contact us for current ammunition prices.

MSAR will honor expired Groupon vouchers so long as they are not redeemed on the Groupon website or mobile app.

In order to cancel or return a Groupon voucher, you must contact Groupon directly. Since the respective point of purchase (Groupon) is the actual merchant to charge your credit card, we do not have access to the information to provide you with a refund.

You must pay an additional $2.58 tax fee to MSAR at time of redemption. Payment by cash only.
