Job Requirements:
Must be 18 years of age or older.
Must pass a criminal background check.
Must have a High School Diploma or equivalent.
Must have a valid Driver's License or State Issued ID.
Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including: nights, weekends, and holidays.
Must have reliable transportation to and from work.
Must have 1-2 years of customer service experience within a retail environment.
Must be able to stand for extended periods of time.
Must have strong communication skills.
Must be able to work as part of a team.
Must be punctual, responsible and reliable.
Must be able to work in a fast paced environment.
Must be enthusiastic, positive and friendly with a genuine desire to provide outstanding customer service.
Must be readily able to learn and develop a knowledge base of company products, services, policies and procedures.
Job Description:
Greet customers as they enter the facility.
Process transactions on a POS (Point of Sale) System.
Check customers into and out of the range.
Firmly enforce the rules of the range while maintaining a professional demeanor with customers at all times.
Assist in cleaning and maintaining the range in accordance with company and industry hygiene/safety standards.
Handle light janitorial duties, such as: sweeping, mopping, cleaning the restrooms, and taking out the garbage.
Effectively present and sell MSAR's various products and services.
Answer customer questions regarding product pricing, features, benefits and availability.
Perform inventory counts and re-stock merchandise.
Meet (or preferably exceed) sales goals.
Represent MSAR professionally and enthusiastically with a host-mentality.
Maintain a well groomed, professional appearance at all times.
Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times.
