Maryland Gun Purchases

There are many laws regulating the sale of firearms at both a state and national level. As many/all of you are aware, the Firearm Safety Act of 2013 (FSA) has made many changes in how and what you can buy as a Maryland resident. For example, it has put in place a new license type, the Handgun Qualification License (HQL); a requirement for those who wish to purchase, rent or receive a regulated firearm.

Used Guns/Consignment Sales

Looking to sell your used or newly acquired firearm?
Showcase your firearm on consignment with MSAR and our team will help get it sold at your asking price. This approach will normally net you the most money for your gun, however you have to wait until your gun has been sold to receive payment. As another option, you can sell your firearm to MSAR! This approach is quick and provides you with instant payment. Please keep in mind that we are buying to resell, so we cannot give you the “going price” for your gun.
