MSAR has teamed up with Associated Security Training Corporation (ASTC) to provide our customers with the best and most affordable firearms classes and training in the area! All of our classes are held in our private training classroom, located on the second floor of our facility. For your convenience, all live-fire training is also completed at our facility on our state-of-the-art indoor shooting range. Furthermore, all of our classes and training sessions are conducted by A.H. "Mo" Mosrie, the lead firearms instructor of ASTC. To learn more about the firearms instructor, please CLICK HERE

COVID-19 CLASS POLICIES:

Until further notice, we will be implementing a new set of policies for our classes, listed below. In order to hold our classes during the coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic, we will be requiring all of our students to adhere to and respect our new class policies which have been put into place to protect everyone.

  • All classes will be limited to twenty five (25) persons to allow for “social distancing”.
  • Masks or face coverings will be OPTIONAL.
  • All students will be given individual soft-earplugs for use on the range. Students may bring their own ear protection to class if they prefer the “earmuff” type.
  • All class registrations must be completed online via MSAR’s website, www.MSAR.com. At this time, we will NOT be accepting any class registrations in-store. Additionally, we will NOT be accepting any class registrations over the phone. Full payment of the class fee must be made at time of registration. Registrations without full payment will not be accepted, nor will they be placed on hold.
  • Once paid, class fees are NON-REFUNDABLE and NON-TRANSFERABLE. In order to reschedule, all students will be required to re-register and re-pay the class fee in full. Due to current class size limitations, no exceptions will be made.

The Utah Concealed Firearm Permit (CFP) is one of the most sough-after Concealed Carry Permits in the USA.
With this Permit, law-abiding citizens may legally carry a concealed handgun in 30+ states. The Utah Concealed
Carry Permit (CFP) currently does NOT allow the permit holder to carry their handgun in Maryland, however it
would allow them to carry in most of Maryland’s surrounding states, plus more.

Maryland is a “MAY-ISSUE” state, meaning that the issuing authority may issue a Maryland Concealed “Wear and Carry” Permit to an applicant who meets certain statutory requirements (firearms training, background check, etc.). However, there is no guarantee. The issuing authority is only required to issue a Maryland Concealed “Wear and Carry” Permit when he or she finds, based on an investigation, that the applicant has a “good and substantial” reason to wear, carry or transport a handgun, such as being a business owner or employee, or for personal protection.

PLEASE NOTE: We anticipate that the U. S. Supreme Court ruling in "New York State Rifle & Pistol Association Inc. v Bruen" will require the MD State Police to change their "good reason" requirement.  We will update our website as more information is received.
