- How many days does it take for the Maryland State paperwork to clear?
Our store policy states that it takes 10 calendar days. Please make allowances for holidays, they may delay the process.

- How old do you have to be to use our facility?
You must be 18 to rent a lane and 21 to rent a firearm. If you are under the age of 21 you must be accompanied by someone over the age of 21.

- Do you rent firearms/ Can I bring my own?
Yes, We have a wide variety of handguns to rent. Each rental is $6.00, however you must purchase ammunition from our store if you choose to rent. You may bring your own firearms, they must be checked at the counter. If you bring your own firearm you are allowed to bring in your own ammuntion.

- How can I obtain a MD State carry permit?
While we can submit your application for purchase, all carry permit inquiries have to made directly through the state police barracks.

- What is your return policy?
An RA (Return Authorization) number must be obtained before any merchandise will be accepted. This can be done by email, fax or phone.
All merchandise must be returned complete and in original condition, including original packaging and include a copy of sales slip/invoice with a brief description of reason for return.
Defective merchandise will be replaced subject to manufacturers warranty.
Defective clothing and footwear must be returned directly to the manufacturer.
Merchandise damaged in shipping must be reported immediately to the shipper and
a claim filed. Failure to do so may result in loss of your right to a claim.
No merchandise will be accepted without an RA number.
